We want you to feel confident when ordering from GoPowerbike. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will do our best to make the return process smooth and straightforward.
If you need to make a return, please contact our team at help@gopowerbike.com so we can begin the return process and provide instructions.
Please note that items sent back without contacting our team first may not be accepted, as we need to ensure the return is properly processed and routed.
E-Bike Returns
We offer free returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery for eligible e-bikes.
To qualify for a return:

You must contact GoPowerbike within fourteen (14) days of receiving the e-bike to begin the return process.

The e-bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer.

The bike must be free of wear, including dirt, dust, fragrance, or other signs of use.

The e-bike must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all items that came with it (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
Once the return is initiated, our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns cannot be accepted after fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
If there is a warranty-related issue, our support team will help resolve that first before processing a return.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Backorders apply to e-bikes that were previously available but are temporarily out of stock.
For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Payment is collected immediately, regardless of the estimated shipping date.
Accessories and Replacement Parts
Accessories and replacement parts received under our Limited Warranty may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused

It shows no wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or signs of use

It is sealed and unopened in the original packaging
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in rare cases of verified damage or malfunction covered under warranty:

Special orders

Gifted orders
“Built and Delivered” service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

If a discount code was used on the original order, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund, regardless of how many items from the order are returned.
Return Shipping
Once your return is started with our team, you will receive clear instructions and the appropriate shipping label as part of the return process.
Please ship returns using the label and instructions provided by our support team to ensure the return is processed correctly.
