SHIPPING
Electric bikes shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping*.
We are currently only shipping to the USA.
In-Stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday should ship out on Monday.
Canadian orders may take an additional 48 hours to process.
RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY. In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from GoPowerbike, which can be obtained by contacting GoPowerbike at help@gopowerbike.com. Any Products sent back to GoPowerbike by you without the written consent of GoPowerbike shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost..
EBIKE RETURNS. Free returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact GoPowerbike within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ebike. The ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from GoPowerbike. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. For Canadian orders customers will be responsible for shipping expenses for receiving and returning the bike .
- Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for ebikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
- Accessory and Replacement Parts. Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
- Non-returnable/non-refundable Items. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return. “Built and Delivered” fees are nonrefundable.
- Refunds.
- Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebikes.
- Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.
- Process. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.
- Refurbished Ebikes.You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Exchanges- How to Change the Color of the Bike Purchased- Post Order
Changing the color or size of your bike can only be done if you order has yet to be shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel/refund your order and a new order can be placed with the correct color or size. Please note, it is not possible for us to change the color or size of a bike order without canceling/refunding your original order and having a new one placed. SPECIAL OFFERS, CODES, AND PROMOTIONS
GoPowerBike reserves the right to put limitations on the combining, stacking, and use of any and all promotions done via the website, email, social media, or any other channels where promotions are detailed and/or distributed. GoPowerBike reserves the right to pause all promotions, codes, and referral programs for some sales and for all new product launches. Any and all promos must be used at time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively; promo codes cannot be stacked, used in together, etc.

When you submit or post any material (including any photos or videos) via the Site, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium (whether now known or hereafter developed), for any purpose that we choose.
Personal Information Policy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. In efforts to verify and protect your identity, we leverage a third party 100% private and secure fraud checking platform, Signifyd. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Liability Disclaimer
You are responsible for your own actions while using an electric bike. GOPower Bikes is not responsible/nor liable for any accidents or injuries (whether caused by you or others) that may occur during your use. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine if your current insurance policy would cover you in the event of an accident.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
